What years

Does my 2000 rx cross over to. I was looking at putting some 2003 exhaust parts on mine ...is this possible?

Yes, 2003 exhaust parts would fit on a 2000, they are unchanged in that respect with regard to the 1999-2003 RX300s sold in North America.
