I know that i can at least go about 2 feet forward before i hit my curb. haven't been able to turn it around since its parked head in against the curb.

If the pawl locked you up it would be in both directions and you would only be able to move a few inches. I doubt that is the problem. Can you romp over the curb and go forward? I would be temped to skate it out, any friends have a set?



Or maybe get a floor jack under it an roll it out?

the weird thing is that I can't understand why it would only be locked up in neutral and reverse. the skates are a good idea, i'll have to see if anyone i know has them (I doubt it though).
