My friend has the Dice product and likes it a lot. Personally I have the Harmon Kardon Drive+Play because that's what I got as a holiday present last year and I love it as well, no complaints!
" We ended up removing all Lexus systems before 2004 from the compatibility list because often times these systems did not have the correct connection on the back of the radio and there is no way to tell from the front of the radio which ones will work and which will not. There is a chance that our kit would work just fine with your car but we could not confirm this unless you could remove the radio and check the CD changer connection. If you were able to take a picture of the back of your radio and send it to me I could tell right away if it would work or not. Otherwise you could purchase a kit and return it for a refund if it did not work. However we do not refund for any installation charges that may be incurred so please keep that in mind.
Best Regards

Don't have the back of the CD changer on hand but I found the back of the radio if this helps. Took this when I did the retrofit. (Note: This is the non navigation display.)
