The only way I can tell you what those lights mean is if you go to an AutoZone or someone with an OBD2 scanner so I know what codes are in the computer.
I have a 2001 Rx300 and those warning lights has gone on too, but it'll go off in a day or two, though the lights will just come back on in a week to a month.

That's true, they can after about 3 drives (basically vehicle being turned on/off) assuming nothing else wrong. He can also clear the code via the EFI fuse or the negative battery cable, but I am usually in the majority most of the time that the first time you get one of these lights you probably want to get it checked out, even though it maybe nothing more than an annoying P0171.
Recently the track off, VSC and check engine warning lights were on and would not go off.
Also all doors would open & lock with remote except drivers door.
Took my Lexus RX300 to a independent Nissan/Import mechanic.
Guess what was causing my problem.
The GAS CAP had to be tightened 2 or 3 clicks before these warning lights would go out. My wife filled the car up with gas the last time and said she couldn't get the gas cap on tight.
He kept my car all day and could not find any problems.
But he did charge me $58.50 which I thought was a very cheap education.
He also advise that he has this same problem from used car dealers.
I talked to Hendrick's Lexus in Charlotte, NC and they suggested I bring it in for a mechanic to check out.
Hope this bit of informatio helps someone!
This also soved the problem with the door remote.
It only cost me $58.50.
