It's rather easy to do the coils, even the rear ones aren't too bad, it is doing the spark plugs that is a hard part, but fortunately you won't have to do that step, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=264967

Take at a look at the posts on the first page (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) for the front coils, 19-29 on page two for the rears, you can probably sneak your hand or a wrench to get the rear right coil (the number 5 coil) without having to remove the cruise control/accelerator bracket shown in post 16.

As I stated, the spark plugs are the big PITA, but you won't deal with that getting just at the coils.
