I own a 330 and it's a nice vehicle. Newer has to be better, right?

I didn't vote. My personal feeling is that there are positives for both. What I do like about the RX330 was the steering (how RX300 steering got so bad in the first place I don't know). I do like how easily I can see out the back window of my RX300. Styling, I could never get used to that rear of the 330, but I love the rounded rear of my 300. I do agree the 330 has a better front. Why they can't put the 330 front and the 300 rear together is beyond me.

Performance wise...not much difference, even stock.

I think the biggest improvement for the RX330 is the improved turning radius. That's the only significant plus I can see. It is longer, if parking is an issue. The relative lack of options, compared to the RX300, means they tend to all look about the same, unless you ordered the big sunroof.

Agree....other than the 330 being newer, it may be in better shape.

Last year, I brought my wife in to see if she wanted a new RX. After she drove it she said her 300 was more confortable, better looking, and she wanted to keep the old car.

Needless to say, I was surprised.....and happy.

think the RX300 is better in terms of comfortability had 2 frens who complained abt high fuel consumption for RX330. May be due to the bigger rim size.

The turning radius in the RX300 is pitiful.

Hope that LF-xH is not the next generation RX... otherwise, kiss that 3rd row goodbye. Can't imagine anyone sitting in the third row except maybe a dog.

in looks the RX300 wins hands down due to that Azteca rear of the 330, but on all other accounts, the 330 is better mechanically (minus that stupid silver trim if you get that).

I'd disagree with that if you exclude the 99/00 years of the 300. You should never buy the first 2 model years of a vehicle line anyway, thats when they discover all the bugs. The 01-03 300s are mechanically excellent, I rarely see any complaints in any Lexus forum about those years.
