Default a/c stuck on one setting

The a/c only blows through the front defrost vents and side vents only no matter what the setting is. Also, every now and then when I turn the a/c on I get the buzzing noise that lasts for about a minute. Sounds like it is coming from the glove compartment box. Does anyone have any idea on what the problem is and how to fix it?

Mine just quit yesterday. Staying on one setting, the face position. Maybe have to get a new motor. Any one get some pictures for DIY?

It looks like the part in malaysia is cheap. I checked online that the part is about $125 at part place.

Yup, it cheaper here in Far East or Malaysia i guess. Most of the time i will my ask my mechanic if the parts r similar to those that Toyota use. If only Lexus uses it only , then it will b expensive but if toyota uses it as well, then pretty cheap because it's a commodity. i remember the servo is from DENSO.
