Default Squealing A/C

I have a 2002 rx300 and when the a/c system is turned on I began to hear a squealing noise coming from the engine compartment. Once I began to drive the noise goes away! This happens whenever the car has been sitting and on the startup of the vehicle. If I start the car and the a/c system is not on, than I don't get any noise at all. Is this the a/c compressor or does the belts need adjustment?

Does the belt on the A/C compressor look worn/glazed? Does the A/C seem to work OK?

The a/c seems to work fine. I get cold air and everything! You would think something in the system just needs to be greased.
