im in desperate need of a new wing. the stock wing on a 99 rx300 looks pathetic in my opinion. i can't find a pic of my style wing, but it's NOT this one
its the other one...maybe changed during some year
does anyone know of something like LiqrSicc has? some pics can be seen here
here's a picture of it
this was, however, the last one from the company he bought it from. any others similar?
i will admit it does look good...but it's not exactly what im looking for. that one is very straight cut. i am looking for something with something more curvy like LiqrSicc's...i can't find any that have that same curivness...i only can find ones that are "oem replicas," or "replacement" parts. i can't find any that, i guess, are custom like that. any ideas?

I have the "slope down" version that's parallel with the rear glass. I personally like that version since there are less RX with them, but I guess you have that version and don't like it, so that's that. I believe there are several E-bay listing at moment for the "stick out" version, but $225 is kind of steep.

Best bet is L-Tunedparts... you'll be paying full price though. Try giving Rod Millen Motorsports a call. They told me I had the last one but who knows

I think that "slope down" version, was the only one available only in '99 - '00. I opted against it because I'd had similar wings on a couple of Ford Ranch Wagons in the '70's, and they were not technically "aerodynamic devices"; they were designed to dump air over the back glass and keep it from getting covered with dust. The Ford version failed at this task miserably, actually directing dirt onto the glass under some conditions. I rather like the "straight out" version that came along later.
