Default Front rotor stuck help

Ok so this is the step I am at. I have removed the pads and caliper and the metal cage that holds in the rotor. I started to take off the middle hub, but decided that is not necessary. So now I am stuck. The rotor won't seem to budge, I do not want to warp it by rapping it with a hammer and its been sitting in penetrating oil for 10 minutes. Anyone solve this one before?

Just rust holding the rotors.
You can go to home depot and get two appropriate sized screws w/ hex head and thread into two holes in the middle of the rotor. Take turns to tighten them to push rotor out slowly, so you won't **** the rotor.
If needed, PM me, since I am local.

Exactly from TunedRX300. Since your picture is sideways, the two holes at top and bottom will fit two bolts and just screw them in and alternate "tightening" once they touch the back plate. It shouldn't take more than 1/2 to 3/4 turn after it touches the back plate to lossen up that rotor.
