I just got my "Legacy" RX300 from, wait for it, ......................my mom!

I have an Acura integra that will be the weekend/HPDE car now.
I don't plan on too many mods, but I would get these mods starting with

-RX330 18" wheels and tires
then some sort of iPOD connection, (my cigarette lighter adapter in inconvienent)

followed by a K&N filter and a low profile/stock looking exhuast for better flow/MPG

finally some sort of suspension to tighten up the handling...cuz its way to soft for my tastes

I think you will not see as many RX’s modified as other cars. I would bet that the majority of RX owners are middle aged and a high percentage female. Chicks don’t modify as much as guys. Middle aged folks rarely want to make any real changes to their daily drivers. Middle aged folks that would have a tendency to mod have the means to purchase dedicated toys that they will mod.

The first and so far last mods were Mobil 1, drilled Brembo rotors and ceramic pads. I was just looking on eBay for a mesh grille but no luck.

I've been trying to trade for a Cadillac SRX Northstar (320HP!) but the confluence of price, miles and trade value has been elusive.

If I can't make a trade soon I will paint the lower panels and make a mesh grille if I have to.

Is this what you're looking for? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEXUS...spagenameZWDVW
Or are you looking for something different?

Yes, just plain mesh without an overlay. There doesn't seem to be any made for the RX300 and now that it's OOP, I don't suppose there will be. Shouldn't be too hard to fabricate though.

I actually have a new Harrier but it doesn't fit. It's for the 330's... So... it's on display at the moment...

Yes it's 330's. Soon, it's 400h

My first mod was a Weapon-R short ram intake. Second, a complete new audio system. That's all i've done. Rims will probably come later, maybe end of summer, and I'm hoping to do the exhaust very soon. I'd also like to get rid of the two tone, but, the cheapest bid I've gotten is $700, and for that price I can deal with two slightly different colors of blue. :-)

Down here, my uncle would now charge about $250 USD (he used to charge $400 USD) to do the two tone. I don't know that $700 is that bad depending on the type of paint used.
