Check with the manufacturer of your covers. Leatherseats.com ( http://leatherseats.com/vehicle_sear...&search=Search ) is one of our fine vendors here at CL. Otherwise there are several sources for service manuals available on the 'net. Look for one on CD - as most of these manuals are quite large and at least an electronic file is searchable.
As Salim said, be very careful of that side airbag and follow the procedures carefully for disconnecting and reconnecting it when you remove the seat. I've never removed the seat myself, but perhaps another member has, or has a copy of the service manual he/she can quote?
Start by putting the seat back all the way forward, then raise the seat both front and rear as high as it will go. Move the seat all the way forward, remove the plastic covers over the aft bolts, remove the 2 bolts ( they may be nuts on studs ) move the seat all the way aft, remove the plastic covers if they are still installed.... and the 2 forward bolts. I would recommend disconnecting the battery, just as a precaution for the airbag, press the brake pedal to confirm there is no "juice" left in the electrical system..... raise the front side of the seat and disconnect the cannon plugs, the yellow one is for the airbag, white is the seat motors....get a helper to sit and help from the back seat, the thing is heavier than you can imagine..... I put in a nav system and the right rear seat weighs 96lbs..... good luck....
