Default getting ready for major maintenance

My Rx300 AWD(2001) now has 94k on it.

I need to do the following:
major tune up
coolant drain and fill
trans service
axle/transfer case oil change
timing belt with water pump
4 tires

I am going to do all the work myself and was wondering if I could just pick these parts up at a Toyota dealership and it be cheaper than LEXUS?? (except the tires which I will buy Michelin CT's)

Any manuals out yet for the RX other than dealership manuals??

Any tips for timing belt? I might do some procedures on a timing belt replacement if one was not already done here?? I am assuming with would be similiar to a Camry...

Coolant you can pick up at Toyota. It is either the Toyota Red or the premixed (w/water) Toyota Pink, which I would recommend if they have it. I would also recommend adding one bottle of Redline WaterWetter.

Transmission fluid. Toyota Type IV you can pick up at Toyota. Several here have successfully used the Amsoil ATF, without issue.

Axle/Transfer. You can usually pick up Mobil 1 75W90 gear oil at any auto parts store. Probably the easiest to pick up, though I did it with the Royal Purple stuff myself.

Timing belt and water pump. I can't be exactly positive that the timing belt and water pump can be found at Toyota (certainly they could order them), but this I would like try to get through an online Lexus parts place.
