Default weatherstripping

I just bought a 2002 RX300, the previous owner must have locked themselves out on numerous occasions because the weatherstripping is torn in quite a few places on both front doors (the back doors are fine). Can I replace the weatherstripping on my own or is it a complicated ordeal?

I did exact the same thing a few months ago. It was very easy. You remove the old weatherstrips and install the new ones. It's that easy. I can't believe local Lexus dealers here wanted almost $300 (labor only) for this. I purchased the weatherstrips from one of the forum sponsors, 40% off what the local dealers wanted.
