Default Speed Bleeder Screw

Has anyone used speed bleeder crews? What do you think of them? I'm planning to install a set on my RX. Are they really effective bleeding the brakes as the manufacturer claims? What other one-man brake bleeder can anyone recommend?

I try never to get in to a situation where I have to bleed the air out. [I just keep enough fluid in the master cylender and always tighten the beleeder before releasing the pedal ... for me it is always a two person job ... just dont trust the other options.

The speed bleeder is the first phote DIY project I posted on Club Lexus.
You still need someone to observe bubbles during bleeding, or change of color when you during flushing. However, that helper don't need to open/close bleeder valve and coordinate with you for the "pump and bleed" method.
I used Motive Power pressure bleeder, work OK but it is using 10-12 psi of compressed air to force fresh fluid into the brake system. It defeats the purpose of bleeding/flushing: carbonate the fresh brake fluid while trying to get rid of air bubbles from the old fluid.
