rx 330 rear bumper running light

rx 330 rear bumper running light
I have a cracked light on my rx 330. This is the light that is in the bumber. I have the new assembly, but it looks like the only way to rplace it is to remove the rear bumber. Does anyone know how to do this, and is it difficult. looking for advice before I begin. thanks
