Default Need Help ASAP

I just noticed that in my 02RX the coolant level is really low, I need to add...
Can you tell me where can I buy original coolant, the one that Lexus uses.
I dont want to go to the dealer just for that, they will probably charge big $$$ !!!
Thanks.

The original coolant is a Toyota product - Toyota Long Life Coolant, a/k/a Toyota "Red".

You're not supposed to mix Red with the old green stuff, but Prestone has a new product you can "mix with any type of coolant." I've used a little to refill the resovoir, and it's working fine.

Be sure to add a mix of 50% coolant and 50% distilled water (not tap water!), or buy it pre-mixed that way in the bottle.

Yes, I've seen it at Target and Wal-Mart. The auto parts chains should have it too.

I bought it at Toyota here and it is a red fluid. I use 100% coolant in my system and add Water Wetter from Redline. Keep in mind that my RX is really high-powered and my uncle and I determined this was the best way to keep it cool. Most guys at my track also do the same thing. However, rxdriver is right that for normal driving keep it mixed.
