Hey- I am looking to replace the personal light in my RX-300. The light is cheap and fairly non-directional. Does anyone know where I could look for a nicer aftermarket personal light consile?

Which light is the "personal light"? Do you mean the one by the center rearview mirror?

Its was really hard to believe that lexus didnt put two individaul lights up there. even my 1992 accord had two lights

Maybe I'm dense, but I never missed individual dome lights. You've got the two lighted make-up mirrors for, um, make-up. What is your application? (Reading maps?) I've seen gooseneck map lights for sale that plug into the cigarette lighter.

Maybe they figure that maps are passe, now that you can get the Navigation option

I hate the dome light above the rearview mirror, it blinds me at night. I use a goose neck map light that plugs into the cigarette lighter.
