AWD maintenance suggestions?

I have a '99 AWD with the rear LSD.
I'm closing in on 60,000 miles and was wondering what maintenance needs to be done on the AWD or the LSD. Is there any fluid needing changed or any part needing inspection or replaced? I don't currently have an owner's manual for reference which is why I'm asking. Thanks for any help.
