Default Rain Water Update

Hi All,
I took out the passenger's side plastic storage compartment in the trunk and I found that this is where the water gets accumulated. There are 2 drain tubes over there and looks like the clear plastic one got disconnected at some point. Does anybody know where does this tube comes from? I guess that I need to take all the side panels out to trace and fix the problem.
Any tips?

Thanks for your help so far.

Not a nice problem. I looked at that area on mine but can't see how to readily remove the panel. Must drain from the roof?

I took a look at mine and I think the drain comes from the sunroof. Pour a small amount of water down from the sunroof drain and see. I know you said it came disconnected at some point. Does that mean you can see it and reconnect it in the compartment, in that case who cares where it is coming from, problem solved. Or are you trying to follow the drain hose upward to find out where it is disconnected? If that is the case, maybe the drain hose is ok and you have some other leak (like around the sunroof) that is following the drain hose down.

GRK, does it look like it is possible to have a freeze issue with the hose if it isn't attached tightly enough by whatever mechanism Lexus designed? In our areas it freezes/thaws/rains etc. so I am wondering if in some odd set of circumstance freeze/rain/freeze ~~ might have caused the hose to pop off of its mount/drain?

Thank you for your replies,
I'll wait for the weather to get better in order to troubleshoot the problem. The reason that I said that the tube got disconnected is that when I try to move it I can feel it being a litlle loose.

GRK, my sunroof appears sealed when closed, was yours open when this happened?
If the tube is just a little loose as you say do you think it could have put all that water in your car?
Is there a clamp on the tube to keep it fixed in place?

My sunroof was sealed and closed. The tube that I am talking about looks like an 1" clear tube that is located in the passengers side rear (trunk) compartment. Water got accumulated there and eventually into the spare tire area. By driving the car the first time all the water moved inside and into the carpets. The tube feels a little loose and I was thinking that there is a coupler somewhere in the panels that got disconnected, consequently all the water goes directly there bypassing the darin tube directly through the panels.
I'll probably take everything apart sometime next weekend and I'll post the results.

Thanks
