Does anyone know where I would be able to obtain the "tie downs" that came with the 1999 RX 300 roof rack? I have a 2000 RX 300 with the roof rack but they do not include these with the 2000 and later models.

They told me at Lexus that these tie downs (4) would NOT fit the 2000 rails in the roof rack.
