The process is pretty intuitive. Look for fasteners arena the edge and around pull points and plastic covering the screw heads. Strat unsnapping the clips from bottom edge. Go by feel and expect clips to break due to age. I prefer broken clips vs damaged door panel. Once the clips are detached, you will need to pull the panel up [vertically] to free it from the door.
Once off undo wires.
Depending on how deep you want to go in, use a heat gun to soften the adhesive on the waterproofing plastic. At the end ensure the plastic membrane is in tact.
If you mess with lock assemble, please verify that it works before putting the panel back up and closing the door.
