Default Is this plug too worn?

Me again..

So the other day i cleaned out my spark plug wells because they were caked with oil and sludge, in the threads and where the plug seats down. It did fix my head lights flickering though!

So today I am doing some sea foam treatments after noticing what looked like some pretty bad carbon inside the cylinders.

While i was at it i pulled the plugs and actually sprayed seafoam inside the cylinders, why not?

Noticed a tiny ring of fresh oil sitting on top where the spark plug seats on top of the threads. So im guessing either my catch can isn't catching everything, or my valve seals are leaking (bummer)....

Anywho, i noticed one of my brand newish spark plugs (furthest to the right) looks a little worn. Should I change it or do you guys think its ok?
