I can’t find the weight capacity of the oem jack that came with the 2000 rx300 I wanted to see if anyone knows because I’m looking for a scissor jack with the same weight capacity.
your best and cheapest option would to pick one from salvage yard.
I would not pick any that might have the same rating, but would suggest to get one for the RX or highlander. The Suv are higher up from ground, so you need the proper lift height.
Please be careful in how you use the jack and never coal under the vehicle which is lifted up by the jack.
09111-0W030 is the correct jack as mentioned salvage yard is your best bet they generally pile them at the entrance. I have 09111-0W030 and another one from an ES300 (year?) they appear to be the same but the ES one is rated for 800 Kg. Not sure if Toyota is using "fuzzy" math or 09111-0W030 has stronger materials.

I think the difference is in attainable height.
