Default ? for performance package

To anyone who owns a performance package with a gray interior, can you please tell me what kind of wood, leather and metal trims you have. I am in the process of buying one nad I was told by the dealer that steering wheel for this package is leather only. I'm not sure if there would be any wood trims and where will they be located. Any reference pics that I can check? Thanks in advance for any response.

The Light Gray interior comes with walnut wood - it doesn't matter if it has the Performance Pkg or not. But the dealer is correct in saying that when you get the Performance Pkg that it comes with the leather (black in color) steering wheel. I tired to order a wood one on ours but it would not go through, so unless this has changed since April, the dealer is giving you correct information. To change the wheel out would be VERY costly.

I actually like the leather wheel better. You don't have to worry about the wood getting knicked and scratched by rings and inadvertant keys. The only other interior difference with the perform pkg is the shifter **** is leather as well. Again, I don't think it really detracts from the "luxury" feel of the vehicle. There is still plenty of wood trim in the other areas.

I think I recall someone else posting that they special ordered a perf. pkg with the wood wheel/shifter.

I don't have any pics to post, but I'm very happy with the color. It's a light gray so the carpeted floor mats will show even a little dirt/grime. I suggest replacing the floor mats with a good set of ruber ones (I picked husky liners and am very happy with the looks).

Drove an ES300 loaner with the wood wheel. I prefer my leather. Warmer to the touch in chilly NY plus it's less slippery.
