Is this legit? I thought Borla discontinued their exhaust for the RC F.

It was discontinued years ago so I would be surprised if they actually have any in stock. Looks like they have not updated their site.

 

IMO the Borla sounds amazing on the ISF….not so much the RCF. The Invidia and the JoeZ PTS are two best sounding on the RCF that I’ve heard so far. Apexi sounds good too but I don’t like the tips (giggity).

 

Well, did you buy one yet to let us know if it’s legit or a scam?

It is not quiet at all. It is decently loud, but most importantly it sounds so pleasing and has a "musical" tome to it, so to speak

I was at a stop light and then took off with my car and my wife's friend's husband who drives a raptor wth an exhaust was behind me. When he finally met up with my at the gym he was like "what car is that,, that lexus...what is that??"

I said RCF. He said I tried to catch up to you but you probably didn't even hear me with how loud your car is. I don't think the Invidia is quiet at all, or at least not what people keep saying. Yes, it's not obnoxiously loud. But it's definitely not quiet. I like the tone and pitch to it. As I grow older I am glad my car isn't obnoxiously loud like my STi. It's just too much. Some people love loud and that's great. The rcf has decent amount of sound deadening... it's a lexus. MOST lexus owners don't want noise. So whatever exhaust you get it's not going to sound as loud in the cabin as it does outside the cabin.

I still want my wife to drive the car down the street as I stand on the sidewalk to hear what it sounds like from outside.
