I have a UK spec RCF (2015) that I brought into Germany (Europe) and need to have the headlights adjusted to shine from the left (Right hand drive) to the right.
The local dealer has no clue and thinks the only way to do it is to replace the whole assembly, which is over €2000. They say that the mirror inside the light is tilted specifically to that position.
The "L, R, U, D" (left right up down) apparently does not work. Will the "headlight stickers" work? Any link to where I can buy them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did. But, the problem, I am told, is that the left outside angles up and that needs to come down or flat. I also tried adjusting the 3LED screw and while the whole light beam went down, slightly after 20 turns, it did not adjust the left side angle.
Any recommendations for a Lexus dealer that may know more than my local one?
