Just hold down traction control until you see expert appear in the gauge cluster. PCS also turns off along with traction and stability, but some nannies still kick in if things get dangerous.

I watched the video for the pedal dance which turns off EVERYTHING. But I don't see anywhere how one would even do expert mode?

NICE! TOYKO DRIFT TIME YO!!..lol
I'll probably try it one in an open area, then it'll never be touched again, like most other stuff...hahah
There’s one more mode, but it’s for the Lexus test drivers in Japan. I think it’s pro mode or something like that. Very hard to turn on—holding several switches simultaneously for 5 seconds then confirming with three taps somewhere. My local Lexus shop manager told me guy at Lexus headquarters in Plano, TX knows how to do it.
Ever seen the RCF commercial with the car power sliding/drifting through traffic at 80 mph? That’s the other mode. I’m not kidding.
An amazing car, right?
The pedal dance which turns everything off is probably what he is referring to. There is no "pro" mode. Simply turning off all the nannies via the pedal dance would be required to do burnouts or drifts.
I have used it a few times. Only in summer with hot tires and dry roads. The car did not really feel that different, I was driving pretty quick, but well under control. I think S+ is fine for road driving, I like the safety on the road. It would be interesting to try it on a track and compare it with S+ mode.
Thread back from the dead….So…do a lot of you guys actually use this mode? If so in what situations?
I play with it only for short periods (usually leaving work). Since it disables some safety features I don’t want to risk it incase something happens while on road. You know how insurance companies can be.
I do track my car occasionally and I just use S+ as the TC is necessary to make it around the track alive. Lol
Call me a baby, but I've been too scared to try expert mode, let alone the pedal dance. However, I will need new rear tires soon, so might as well try a burnout, right?

Pedal Dance is not necessary for long burnouts. Sport+ Expert is more than enough... at least it was for me to burnout until I decided to stop. Maybe pedal dance is needed for full on drifts... I don't know. From a dead stop, with Sport+ and traction off (so expert) just push the gas pedal down to floor as fast as you can and hold on... Note: My tires need replacing soon so ymwv depending on the condition of your rears tires I guess.
I get so much slip angle even with full traction control on (SPORT+ and MANUAL with TVD in SLALOM) and PS4S tires especially with the SprintBooster (race model level 5). tail snaps very quickly every time powering out of the turn. Never felt the need to turn off any nannies. Other than being able to enjoy some tail getting kicked out, I don't want to risk anything.
