I feel your pain. A couple years ago I posted something similar. Nothing but delays and excuses from Josh and DCTMS after I prepaid for a steering wheel. After haggling for nearly a year, i final got my money back (never got the wheel...). Just terrible customer service. I have since gotten a beautiful steering wheel from Elvin and I love it. I also have several products from RR Racing and I would not hesitate to buy a steering wheel (or anything!) from RR.

Crazy how many people have told me that they've had a similar experience(sometimes even worse) How can you sell such expensive products and lack the most basic business skills? Oh well, I went the Elvin route as well and hopefully should have my wheel sometime next week! Can't wait!!
Apologies for resurrecting an old thread but the guys at DCTMS were great. Communicated throughout the process. Took 5 weeks for delivery. Looks great and it's properly priced at 599... and they'll pay me 100 for my core when i send it back. Airbag pins already installed.
