2019 Lexus RCF 10th Anniversary Edition
Im sure this is posted elsewhere in here but Id be remiss if I didnt at least pass it on. Curious how all you Matte Paint Owners are getting along w your Anniversary rides?

Maintaining this Paint isn’t that different for Car Enthusiasts...The problem is that you can’t just buff out imperfection in the paint due to the clear coat isn’t glossy...No different then BMW or other Exotics Car Matte Paint Care....Plus, they offered the LF-A in Matte Paint as well...

Not really. Matte grey looks quite stealthy not as flashy as orange color available on RCF, it just screams "just give me a ticket already".
The RCF is somewhat of an obscure car, I would say, kinda like the SC, or ISF. There are those of us who love the cars, everyone else is kinda like, "what kind of car is that?". When I was buying mine a few years ago, the sales rep tried to tell me that the car would appreciate over the years, I just said, "sure bro, whatever you say". There are those of us that admire and appreciate the car, but outside of that it is not widely acknowledged. The chance that any RCF, anniversary addition or otherwise, appreciates in value is I think highly, highly unlikely.
There is a chance it goes up in 30 years. That would be based on Lexus making the F program world class in performance and dominating the high end performance car world over the next few decades. Then there might be some people who would want the cars that started it all to go in their F car super collections. Like guys who have new Porsches and then want an old 356 for the collection.
The problem is, I just don't see Lexus dominating the performance car world any time soon.
On a side note, I never thought old Supras would go up in value...and they seem to be going up.
So who knows.

I have a 2015 USB that I bought new and is still stock. If I were shopping for one today it would be the anniversary edition. I don't daily drive it and it gets covered and stored for almost 7 months of the year. I also enjoy maintaining and washing my car so for someone like me, although the paint is more work, it's a labor of love. The RCF was and still is my dream car and I don't see myself getting rid of it anytime soon but I would definitely consider trading it for the anniversary edition which I could then start adding some performance upgrades to.

But yeah, I also garage my RCF from November till March and only occasionally drive it with family for quality and fun time.
Yep, Edmonton. Had a kid this year so I'll be putting even fewer miles on it for the next few years. Usually goes away by end of October and comes out around end of April, although I hate driving it before the road sweeping.
I have a 4 year old daughter as well so mine has a Graco baby seat in the back. I also plan on keeping mine for the very long term while modifying the V8. Full exhaust will be next year. It is the last of the dying high-revving V8 so I am hoping to enjoy this V8 when everything is FI or hybrid.
I work at a Lexus dealership and we currently have two RC-F’s and one GS-F in the Matte Nebula Grey. There has been zero interest in these cars. We’ve had a few asked about if there was a gloss version of it or if we had other colors. The paint is way too difficult to maintain as well.
The color gets a lot of attention and is very polarizing to customers. The people who have shown the most interest said both cars were out of their price range or they bought an LC500 instead.
