weren't too bad yet, but seemed to be getting worse.

Figured you would've noticed it by now. Such low miles, probably garage kept also, doubt you'll have any issues.

Yup, it’s doing it on mine as well. It’s not something too noticeable for me so I don’t mind it.

I'm going with the theory it has to do with when these cars are parked outdoors under direct sunlight...
Some will have issues some will not..

For example.. My IS F is supposed to have a sticky / melting dash.. Its driven daily hard with 180k miles..
But garaged at work & home. Interior panels and dash still perfect..

How damaging is the Sun..? I had a small crack / repair in my windshield for many years.. Parked my car outside 1/2 day for a yard sale over the Summer and boom entire windshield cracked from the repair points.

Granted the windshield was compromised but the HOT sun finished it off.. After 10 years I was overdue for new glass anyways

i believe sun damage maybe the cause as well. I think the previous owner didn’t take care of the car as much as I’d have liked. I do have tinted windows but I also applied a UV sealant on the CF trim to help decrease wear. it’s not too noticeable now but may get worse is I don’t star protecting it. I was also thinking of doing a clear UV protectant wrap on the cf trim.
