Wow, great investigation finds. Thank you for finding that. I was definitely on the fence when it comes to sub 4 seconds for our F cars due to the big whop of mass being carried and the lack of low end torque.
Claim debunked.
It only caught my attention because I had the physical Road and Track issue that had the PCOTY article and I clearly remembered the 4.3 sec 0-60 time for the RC-F.
E.Kanoo said it was bone stock. It is actually 1.96 so it is closer to 2.0 than it is to 1.9.
Bone stock UAE edition. Likely significantly lighter than the North American models. The LFA was dramatically lighter (almost 400 lbs) in other markets compared to the portly 3500 lb North American versions. So it might very well be bone stock, but much quicker and faster than a North American spec vehicle.

E.Kanoo is from Bahrain and the Bahrain-spec Lexus RCF (non-carbon edition) has specifications of 1800 KG (3960 lbs) on official site so similar weight. Trap speed is also 113 mph similar to the 113 - 114 mph we see in US tests. LFA also in test weight with all fluids was 3400 - 3500 lbs in Euro-spec trim.
