Which RCF would you end up with and why?
German? . . . Porsche just tied Lexus for # 1 in JD Powers reliability. Mercedes and BMW not far behind at all. Reliability is no longer a reason to go Japense instead of German.

My current 3 Germans have been rock solid so far . . . though not so not so sure about this new DB11 with only 1,800 miles so far . . .

Porsche sold maybe 240K cars worldwide last year. Lexus is probably pushing close to 700K. That's next level scale of reliability and quality they need to deliver. Toyota engineering trumps all in QRD.
Great point, but im not sure if it is appropriate in a car forum where the manufacturer has consistently been the benchmark in vehicle dependability. The Germans hands down make fun to drive cars, but the RCF/GSF is as close as one can get to having and eating the cake.
That also make zero sense. Problems are per 100 vehicles with JD Power so whether there are 240k or 700k does not matter. The relaibility is the same and I think even better when you consider people drive Porsches hard and track the heck out of them. One cannot deny Porsche makes a very quality vehicle and I used them for daily drivers from 1989 through 2015.
I still would not own a BMW out of warranty as they are generally reliable right up to 50k or 60k miles and then everything breaks. They figured out how to time it perfectly!!! i don't buy cars out of warranty so it does not matter.
Lol, let me see . . . Porsche v. Toyota? C'mon. Who you kidding? You'd take a Toyota (not a Lexus) over a Porsche?

I have never said anything bad about the RCF and liked mine . . . That said, the RCF is not even remotely similar to a 911 and pretty far off from the M3. The GSF, whoa, that is one fugly looking ride and why they cannot sell more than a handful a year. No one with sense (or 20/20 vision) would purchase it.
Looks are highly subjective. That said, I never compared the RCF's performance to an M4, but there's something to be said about a car that is 8 or 9/10th that of the sectors benchmark yet ranks number one in reliability. When I'm not driving 9/10th I feel good knowing the car is a tank. Completely agree with you on Porsche and why I'm looking at a 911 as the RCF's replacement

i like driving my 997.2 better than the M3. The 911 is an absolute joy to to drive. The M3 is just angry beast compared to the 911 which is silky smooth.
now the DB11 . . . That car is the best of both worlds and does it in ultimate luxury and class.
What's Caitlin?

No lag whatsoever with mine. But again, i drive on sport+ 99% time with trac off. Maybe you drive on normal mode and feel the lag from 8th shift to 2nd or 3rd

Caitlyn or not, guaranteed everyone is envious of the DB11. What made you pick up a new ride?
