Pretty sure that is a factory made kit from Toyota. You will have to contact them. With enough money, I am sure they will make one for you

Yep, I've always loved those front spoilers with the braces & love those canards on the front sides, I know a couple of guys on here have done those to their cars so you could probably get in touch with them in the build thread! Let me know if you find out anything. GL
