Anybody have a take on where to get the correct inserts for the OEM wiper frames? I ordered PIAA 94045 18" and 94060 24" but these are really not the same width and come with different width metal pieces. I don't want to replace the entire frame because the OEM are better than anything else I have seen.

 

I actually just bought wiper blade refills the other day because Lexus has a special housing that incorporate a wind deflector.. You can get the refills at your local Lexus dealer, the parts department should have them in stock. I paid $28 including tax from Lexus. I'm sure you can find them online as well for cheaper, just make sure to get "narrow refills". Amazon is a good start, but they really only have Anco and Trico.

 

They can be had from a local Lexus or Toyota dealership.

85214-06140 for the LH

They will probably have them in stock.

If not, these can of course be ordered online for about $6 each.
