Registered a formal complaint with Lexus today. More to come

Lexus wants to recreate the issue, yet it's hard since it's so intermittent

yes I posted about it awhile back.

there is a software update to correct it.

in the mean time press and hold the power/volume button until the unit turns off, turn it back on and the sound will be back.

Take it to Lexus for evaluation. This system should never clip.

The car only has 3700 miles on it and i only drive it 2 miles a day. Anyone else experience this ? I wanna bring it to the dealer but it happens randomly and only once in a while. I know they'll say they cant reproduce it or some other kinda BS
