Default anyone know how to remove the rear diffuser?

I want to swap out the lower reflectors with LED lights, it appears I can't get to the lights without removing the diffuser or the bumper or maybe both.

any How-to write-ups? pictures?

Yes it can be separated.. But you will have to remove he bumper from the car first...

Just like the RC350, IS350 & GS350 lower valences can be separated from the bumpers..
