Default Starting problem at night

Happen a few times already. My RCF had problem starting at night only after parking for a couple of hours. During the day the car start fine and never once have starting issue. The problem is when I press the start button the car will try to start then die immediately. Second and third push will be required before the car would start. Is this a problem with fuel pump? I don't hear any noise issue from the fuel pump that others have reported. I notice that this starting problem only happen at a particular hotel that I play tennis at after work. The hotel is at sea level our day time temp is mid to high 80's. At night it is low 80's. Our humidity is quite high at 80%+.. Going to have the car checked on next service.

Your battery might be going bad, something very similar was happening to my RC F. The dealership installed a new battery under warranty and the issue never returned.

What is strange is during the day the car starts fine. Only at night does the problem occurs.

MY IS had a bad battery, was replaced and no issues. But not sure if it's the battery since you state that the car does end up starting after a few attempts...

If the battery is the problem, then your accessories (radio, HVAC, etc) will not work properly or at all when you have the starting issue. Keep us posted on the dealer's findings.

Dealer asked me to drop by on Monday so they can check the battery first. Will post update. Car is exactly 1 year old. Strange to have the battery fail so soon.
