I don't understand Lexus's move with this. They should make it a signature like how Acura has it with their Jewel Eyes headlights. Why make it an option? Just to try to make a bit more money?

Guess what just got added back into the premium package?

http://www.lexus.com/models/RCF/packages

I (kinda) feel sorry for those first dealer pre-ordered arrivals that shipped without..

Also, check out how the carbon rear wing is now included.

This pisses me off. That was a stand-alone feature I would have liked to get.

There's always the TRD option which I think I may bite on..

EDIT: Not for $2400.

Honestly, I do not think the site, edits or configurator is working correctly....

The price is still $3,240... This would be wrong as well..

I don't know about that.. it looks refreshed and pretty solid to me. It's clearly listing the L headlights as being a part of both the premium and performance package as well as the carbon spoiler with the premium. That looks a little too refined to be accidental. YMMV.

Exclamation But I do...

But then you have the pricing still way off..

Try building a 2016 in the Configurator and you'll see what I mean..

It still reflects how it was priced & packaged for the 2015.

Also, the Carbon Fiber Wing missing from the Performance Package details..
It's incorrectly placed, as well as the listed "PREMIUM TRIPLE-BEAM LED HEADLAMPS"

Both headlamps are LED "L"-shaped headlamps

The vendor Lexus is using for the site is "F" ing it up

I dont think Lexus (Toyota) cares about their website that much. The "new" images of the 2016 are obviously photoshopped 2015's with the new exhaust tips or digital renderings.

Also, http://www.lexus.com/models/RCF/specifications still shows it has electronically controlled shocks instead of the actual mono-shocks. This confused journalists for a long time and some today still claim that the driving mode *** stiffens the suspension.

It is also such a tease as the 3-way shocks of the F-sport model is one feature I really want for my RC F.

Agreed..!!! They sublet the website work to 3rd party..

But they are NOT doing a good job anymore with the FACT checking!!!
As mentioned the Suspension details have been wrong for 1 year now.

Might have something to do with the coming move to Texas..

Not sure that many SoCal HQ employees will be making the move..

It's actually a good price, but what's in it.

A LOADED RC F carbon TVD, Mark Levinson, CAS, leather, etc. is $81,902. Add PA tax and it's $86,920.

They are NOT charging extra for it...

The new lowered PREMIUM PACKAGE price is now $3,240 for 2016
* The Package has less (premium triple led lights), which makes the MSRP lower as well

Lexus still has about 1/2 dozen or soo typos to fix on their site + configurator..

Cars are sold at the dealership level anyways.. Not via their Website (perse)
