Hey Boss, any increase in noise inside the cabin when cruising in 8th gear, between 70 and the ton? How about on uphills, when drone rear its ugly head? And any sound clips on launches and drive-bys at moderate throttle? Hate when you only find them WOT. You drive at part throttle most of the time. And most V8s sound nice at WOT regardless of exhaust anyway. Thanks man.

I wish a reputable vendor would make an exhaust that's more OEM looking and in black as opposed to all this shiny fast and furious early 2000s chromed look.

Does the Apexi unit pass CA SMOG and does it drone at all? Thanks.

You can simply paint the cans with a high temp paint...someone on here did it to their Apexi system and it looked great. I like the fast and furious look...it's a JDM car

Couple of question on the Magnaflow. Any drone at highway (60 ~ 80 mph) speeds?

Also from what I've seen elsewhere the factory midpipes are where the restrictions are. They're piched down pretty good in a couple of spots.

So for me, an axle back might sound good but I also want the midpipes opened up. Is Magnaflow doing a midpipe. I'd hate to try and frankenstein another midpipe with the Magnaflows....

I like the sound of the Borla but from the pictures I've seen the restrictions are in the mid pipe.

So I want a cat back solution. I'm seriously considering this one: http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...exhaust-system

I found sound clips of this muffler but need to know if anyone has this exhaust. If so is there ANY highway drone.

I know "just call the dealer" but been there and done that. Installed a M3 muffler and pulled it back off almost immediately. Dealer said "no drone". Definately NOT true.....

EDIT.....

Whoops....just saw that Mod In Japan has the Borla Cat Back as well as the Joe Z Cat Back......

Now I need advice on which one to choose......

Anybody heard both?????

Hey,

I've heard all exhausts for the Lexus RCF..

My customers have been through all of them.

Borla, Joez, Meisterschaft, Apexi, Amuse, Ark Performance.. Literally all I've heard and experienced in person.

When you have time, feel free to call, text, or email me, and I'll explain the difference of each one.. Too much to type LOL.

Does anyone have the Zees exhaust? That seems to be the best sounding exhaust IMO. I was wondering if it had any drone and how the exhaust performed. If not, does anyone have any information in regards to the zees exhaust? Thanks!
