Hi all, **** from NC here, long time lurker. I finally figured i'd start work on a build thread so i created my login tonight. I notice that not a lot of owners do much to their RC, and when they do they get a shop to do it, I'm a mechanic by profession so i cant stand letting "professionals" work on my car. I've realized over the years that the only thing that makes someone a professional is that they get paid... they don't have to know more than you to qualify.

Nice to see another NC here. Also, with similar tag creativity. Here's mine. I'm in Charlotte, Which of the larger cities are you near. We sometimes try to gather the Fs here. Mostly centers around Cars and Coffee.

Im located in Winston Salem, i've never seen another RCF on the streets up here. I'd like to meet up with anyone local, having to pee on all the fire hydrants around here gets kinda boring.
Time to replace my nissan 370z roadster whuch I've been driving for 6+ years. Great car but would like something with a little more room but still fun to drive, a little more comfortable and this RC-F is on the shortlist.Only one dealer within 400 miles so no competition when it comes to pricing and they know that. I'm in Manitoba. Their pricing is basically list price minus any Lexus rebates.
Just found your forum so I'll be doing some reading here. Had a chance to test drive the RC-F and I know the sales rep so he let me push it pretty good and I was totally impressed. I like a manual transmission but this set up in the RC-F is so nice I'd be okay loosing the third pedal.
