Default another android question

Hi, new to this. Have a 2018 RC300FSport preowned, trying to connect my Samsung Galaxy 21S. No luck. Does Lexus not accept Android devices? Also how do I erase all previous phones ?

Thanks for advice

I have a 2019 Lexus IS350 F-Sport 3 (same system as in your 2018 RC300 F-Sport) and I have an Android phone (Sony Xperia 1) and my phone connects fine to the infotainment system in my IS350 F-Sport via bluetooth. No issues. You can select the device profile and delete it in the infotainment system. Let me know and I can go do some screen captures in my IS, if it helps.

My RCF has the older infotainment system from 2015 - 2016 and that one connects as well (so does my 2017 RX350 F-Sport).

Welcome to the board, just throwing it out there for RC specific questions, here is the link to the forums (this is the RCF forum). Cheers!

Thanks for steering me in the right direction. I'm not all that adept when it comes to programming(?) devices but I got it done.
