I am needing some new rear tires soon (been holding out for the new Michelin S5 tires but looks like they won't be out for non-OEM customers any time soon) and I have the stock 20 spoke wheels so I am currently on the 275/35 R19 tires.

Has anyone put wider rear tires on their RC F while keeping the stock wheels? Any issues/things to look out for? What size did you go with, 285/30?

 

I've seen guys do 265/35 F & 285/35 R on the stock wheels with no issues.

 

I ran RCF wheels on my ISF. 255/35/19 in front and 295/30/19 in back.

Ran 255/35/19 and 295/35/19 and had no issues, actually had more grip than stock (reason why I went wider).

 

What exhaust is that? Looks nasty!

Did you notice any issues with the speedo being inaccurate with the slightly larger diameter tires?
