Default Raceseng tow hook /plate adapter

Picked up a Raceseng tow hook, but got the one corresponding to Toyota P/N 5196153010, which fits like 19 models of Lexus/toyota vehicles. I asked Raceseng multiple times for measurements for the shaft length, but no response. The shaft is about 8.5 inches from the threads to base of the tow hook (ideally, it would be 1-2 inches shorter). There is a noticeable taper, which is necessary for the 2022 RCF (I had ordered a cheapo license plate tow hook kit from Amazon for ~$30 and the shaft wouldn't even fit through the inner hole). I picked up a license plate adapter for a great price (open box? Was missing fasteners and came with a mystery shaft ) but stopped by my local Ace and got SS fasteners. Build quality of the plate kit is high. BTW, the ISF tug shaft threads in all the way and fits tights, no wobbling or hanging on by a few threads unlike from some other posts where it appears the tug shaft is barely long enough to protrude past the grille. I put teflon tape on it. BTW, would anyone have a measurement on the length of a Raceseng RCF tug shaft?

Raceseng ISF tow hook corresponding to the generic Toyota/Lexus tow hook

what came in the box. Tug shaft does not fit the RCF (wasn't even expecting a tug shaft)

Plate adapter is from billet aluminum, 2 piece. Plate itself is about 1/8" thick aluminum cut to a US license plate size

I positioned the plate in front of a beam so as not to disrupt the airflow into the lower cooler duct or radiator

I'm the guy that took measurements and did some 3D printed test fits for Raceseng tug shaft after I noticed the ISF version stuck out so far. It's designed to land right at the front of the grill opening, then the tow hook bolts up there. I bought a spare tow hook cover and drilled a hole. The tug shaft sticks out just far enough to get a wrench on the end to snug things up a bit. It's basically just a shortened ISF shaft.

Measurements were done on a 2015, haven't found someone with a facelift for a test fit to see if there's any differences in dimensions. I'll add some of the test fit pics when I get to my phone.

Looks just right for the tow hook but might lack clearance for the license plate adapter?

Might be too close for the full license plate now that I look at your pics. I'd go with either the ISF shaft, or do like the rest of us in two plate states and just go plateless.

currently have the plate on ISF shaft in trunk but doing the latter for looks. If I get pulled over for it…oops! Forgot to reinstall it after removing it for the car wash!
