Has anyone installed coilovers and/or a hydraulic lift system on their late model F? If so, how did it effect/interact/behave with the F's ECU/AVS (adaptive variable suspension system)? The more I read about it, the more concerned I get with the potential for critical ECU errors/CEL. I have a '22 and am considering doing this with KW V3 coilovers and KW's hydraulic lift kit.

AFAIK the AVS can be unplugged without any issues/warning lights. My AVS is unplugged (RC350), and it hasn't caused any issues. Haven't heard any issues with doing this to the F either.
Can't help you with the lift kit but we sell and install coilovers with AVS cars frequently. The plugs get tied over to the side and that's it. No CEL's, codes etc... We also do a phone call spring consultation with each customer to make sure the springs going on the car are suited correctly for their driving behavior. No standard off the shelf springs.
I had a stance parts air cup kit, which accomplishes the same thing as the KW HLS, just using pneumatics instead of hydraulics, and it wasn’t ever an issue.
like others have said, disconnecting the oem avs will not throw errors. here's the setup on my previous 17 rcf with avs, had cks coils and stanceparts kit. it worked great for intended purposes and helped keep my front lip pristine. but...a very small nit...lost that pure cold start sound because the tank depletes the air (as designed) when the car sits so every cold start i'd hear the compressor kick on until the tank is full. was my first air system. another thing i noticed is with the cks coils i would have these weird clunking sounds that others have reported when going to aftermarket coils. we cldnt resolve it and didn't seem to cause issues, just messed with my head. on the 21, i run ohlins without the air system and no clunks but a lot of angled entrance and exits and being mindful where i pull into and planning exits as i enter. cars not a daily.
wish lexus offered a front axle lift system like porsche and had aftermarket coilovers that support factory air systems like bilstein on porsche supporting their oem psm system (avs equivalent). porsche's fal is flawless, no sound and fast.
2020 RCF w AVS/TVD, moved to Ohlins and no CEL. Great upgrade from handling, how car sits etc. I get minor clunking noise from back when I go over bumps, that is only con I can find if I had to nit pick but that could be also due to upgraded arms as both done together…
