Hello. I had to have the radio replaced because the navigation, radio, etc stopped working. Now, everything seems to be working but for one issue - it displays a message that it is "unable to read the data", so the navigation is not working. Does anyone have a tips, suggestions, answers etc,? Thanks, CHuck.

 

The SD cards are car specific, so if it was used with your broken radio, then it will not work with your new radio.

 

I'm interested to see if the card is considered part of the Radio/Nav system, and they agree to replace it, or if it's considered apart, and they make you buy a new one.
If the card was recent, I hope you get it replaced. If you were still using the original card, then it was due for a replacement anyway. (I replaced my 2015 card about 6 months ago.)
