Can someone explain to me why this system in the RC gets such bad press? I listened to it and thought it was pretty damn good... I was pretty impressed frankly and I used to compete in car audio and was in the industry. Now granted, I have not heard any other high end factory audio systems in the last 10 years but to read multiple auto journalist call it garbage is so weird. I definitely think it's better than the NAK in my GS400.

I also found the infotainment to be snappy and very usable with the track pad. Did something change since the early reviews back in 2015? I mean I know the infotainment has had updates, maybe it's better 5 years later?

 

I unfortuneately do not have the ML package in my RC, but I am very happy with the stock audio quality. Bass is very nice and mids arent too harsh. I find it quite nice.

 

Overall, the ML is very good but one of its weakness is that it can be quite "front biased"....In my opinion, the best stock system I have ever heard was the ELS system in my 2012 Acura TL
