I just got my RC300 Friday. I had several IS250. I find that the sound system is weak. I have used the fader/equalizer but most of the sound seems to come from the speakers on the dash.
Anyone heard of this issue?

Try turning the surround sound off

 

front lower and back speakers seem really week. i turned off surround sound

 

Yes, stock (non-ML) sound system is pretty weak and there isn't much that can be done except for going aftermarket or upgrading to the ML system. Both options will cost a pretty penny though...
