Default Wheel Question

Please forgive me if this has been asked, but I tried search and could find what I was hoping to find. Can anyone tell me the stock specs on the F Sport 19" wheels that would come on our cars? I believe they are staggered but what about offset and hub bore? I know the lug pattern is 5x114.3. I am looking into putting wheels on my wife's 2017 F Sport 200t and want to keep the staggered set up. But I want to get the wheels closer to the edge of the fender. So I am not sure what offset I would need? I will also be using the stock tires until they are wore out. This is a lease car, so when we flip it in 2 years we will get another RC and use this same wheel setup, hopefully. I will probably be looking at TSW wheels of some sort, as I have used them before on multiple vehicles and have been very happy with their wheels. I am just concerned about having to use hub rings possibly, if I can't find a set that is hub centric. I appreciate your help! If you guys have some pics for reference, throw em up, I would love to see em.

40mm wIll get you flush at the rear 45 should get you flush at the front. Sorry I can't be more specific at the front but the F Sport Forged wheels which I have are 40mm at the front and 40mm at the rear and the rear is flush but the front could add a little more. Hope this helps.
