I leased my 2017 Lexus RC November last year. A one-year free trial of the Enform services was included. During this trial period Lexus ran into all kinds of problems when they updated portions of their service. As some of you may know it was pretty awful. Well I just found out today that they extended my one-year free trial for an additional year.
I am not sure when you had to have purchased or leased your Lexus to qualify for this but you can login to mylexusenform.com and check if you got it.

I didn't have any issues with my Enform service. But I didn't renew my subscription in June since I'm back home in FL for good now (I was contracting in the cold north at times and liked the remote start). My Enform is still active for some reason. But I'm not complaining.

 

They did the exact same thing for me, my remote wasn't working when I bought one month to try it out. It didn't work for 3 months and finally started working and they gave me a year for free
